OUR PROGRAMS

The Greater Detroit Chapter’s Programs provide high quality opportunities for youth in the Arts through exposing, educating, financial support, in kind donations, and collaborations. To that end, we endeavor to increase student and interest in Arts. Specifically, four Creative areas:

Creative Area 1

Literary Arts Writing (Fiction and Non Fiction), Poetry, Essays (and other writing), Artistic student response and expression , spoken word, Oratorical Speech.

Creative Area 2

Performing Arts Dance (all forms), Stage, Theatrical Performances including Opera.

Creative Area 3

Visual Arts Fine, Applied, Painting, Drawing, Design, Photography and Technology (digital Art), Film Making/Editing, Fashion , and other creative Areas.

Creative Area 4

Instrumental and Vocal Arts Instrumental Music, Conducting and Composition Scoring.
